COUNSELING POLICY
Counseling services shall be made available to all students/staff. Staff of the institution shall have access to counseling services whenever needed. Students shall be allotted to tutors for counseling and guidance. Meaningful dialogue shall be encouraged between students/staff and management.
Counseling programs includes:
i. Induction and orientation
ii. Counseling for promotion, posting and misconduct
iii. Wellness intervention
iv. Retirement planning and
v. Exit counseling
