Rans-Elliot School of Nursing is one of Ghana's best diploma awarding private nursing training colleges in the region. The school was established in 2015 to offer a 3-year diploma in Nursing.

Diploma in Nursing by Distance is available at Rans-Elliot. Students can choose from a wide variety of study times including evening, and weekends.
The students can study with online pre-recorded lectures, synchronized with a PowerPoint presentation, which can be downloaded from the unit's e-learning site. Students can also gain access to an e-library, which has great resources for study.
Students can schedule online interactions directly with faculty members.

Rans-Elliot School of Nursing is a home to a lot of overseas students. The College has various support services to help make their stay in Ghana, a comfortable one.
Pre-departure briefings consisting of information on applying for student visa, travel and health, accommodation and important documents to pack are discussed.
The college also offers free airport pick-up services for students. Along with these support services, Rans-Elliot offers a comprehensive orientation program and pre-enrolment briefing for international students.
This helps students to familiarize themselves with the college, and enables them to meet other students and faculty members. International student advisers are also available to discuss with students any concerns and questions they may have.
